I have tried from several different browsers, but i can not upload files, or create folder in my creative cloud. Atleast they are not showing on the screen.
If i try to create a folder 2x on the second attempt, i get a message saying folder exising. But i can not see it.

Hey David,
What OS are you working on? Does refereshing the browser window make any difference or logging out and back in? You are uploading from a computer correct (versus a tablet)?
Are you going through the process shown here?

I am running from my PC, Windows 7 pro 32, to start with. These are from my work network, but i get the same at my home network. refreshing doesnt matter, or logging in or out.
Actually, i dont see what is shown in the example... This is what i see, from multiple browsers.
In Fire fox...
In IE
In Safari
Hmmm, that is strange. You should get a pop-up window prompting you to browse to whatever file you want to upload when you click the icon I referenced.
How about this, can you go here http://mybrowserinfo.com/detail.asp and copy/paste your results, I'll compare on my side, maybe its a setting

Hi Dave,
I compared your browser results versus mine, only noteworthy differences I spotted
I'm using a slightly newer versions of JavaScript 1.8 and the info said I have Java enabled versus you have it disabled. I'm mot sure if this is significant yet though.
