Can not upload to the Creative cloud

I have tried from several different browsers, but i can not upload files, or create folder in my creative cloud.  Atleast they are not showing on the screen.

 

If i try to create a folder 2x on the second attempt, i get a message saying folder exising.  But i can not see it.

    Hey David,

     

    What OS are you working on? Does refereshing the browser window make any difference or logging out and back in? You are uploading from a computer correct (versus a tablet)?

     

    Are you going through the process shown here?

    Hmmm, that is strange. You should get a pop-up window prompting you to browse to whatever file you want to upload when you click the icon I referenced.

     

    How about this, can you go here http://mybrowserinfo.com/detail.asp and copy/paste your results, I'll compare on my side, maybe its a setting

    Hi Dave,

     

    I compared your browser results versus mine, only noteworthy differences I spotted

     

    I'm using a slightly newer versions of JavaScript 1.8 and the info said I have Java enabled versus you have it disabled. I'm mot sure if this is significant yet though.

     

    If you wanted to send me a private message with your credentials I can test from my side.

    I am having similar issues. Uploading to Adobe Cloud seems to be very slow. When I try to upload a 2 GB zipped file, it seems to be stuck on "Uploading..."

     

    Please help. Thanks.

    Same problem here. Sometimes it doesn't upload the whole file. The files are 600mb max.

    Also the upload   bar doesn't show how far the upload is. You don't see anything till it is uploaded or broken.
