First off I am very upset, so I am giving you a warning! We currently use business Catalysis for our Website. My website designer signed us up for the 79.99 plan. When I noticed we did not need the email feature or any of the other features I asked to downgrade to 16.99 a month and please be refunded 79.99 to our credit card.

No there is no refund applicable & we do not refund for a change plan.
You paid $79.99 on 8 May 12 for WebCommerce 10 monthly plan.
You have downgraded the site to the webMarketing & requested to go onto annual which is $203.88 which will be charged yearly from 8 Jun 12 which is when the next invoice recurrence was due.

I am very unhappy because I tried calling your support team and no one could help me and redirected me to this online comment section. This is not how you should be doing business!! As a new customers I am very upset and already looking at other options. I want this fixed ASAP, I feel if I didn't use the 79.99 plan for more than a day I shouldn't have to pay for it. Also, is there anyway you could bill us by mail rather than credit card?
