Schoolboy error. I managed to purchase the CS6 Extended upgrade package but I don't have CS3/4/5 and so the serial number registration fails.
Trying to get hold of customer service during the working week only is a massive inconvenience - does anyone know of any e-mail contacts to get myself sorted out online rather than over the phone?

You can create a support case from your user account. Other than that - yeah, try to call them.
