Add Transition Effect Options for Articles

When a user swipes or jumps to the an article or page, the action contains a transition effect (i.e. crossfade).  This would be particularly useful when using DPS to create apps that are less bound by the magazine paradigm.  I could see this being a powerful tool for transitioning to new articles or pages via a Go to File or Page button, rather than relying on overlays.
