I am new to PS and am using PhotoShop CS5.5 extended, on a windows 7 laptop. The other night I was using the program and somehow must have changed a setting, that I can not seem to change back. Before this occurred if I were to straighten my image you could see the background and it was the typical white/gray pixels which is what I want. Now however whenever I straighten an image while it is processing I see the white/grey pixels flash on the screen but then it fills in with solid white? How do I change the setting back to where it just stays as the transparent white/grey pixels? I have tried this on Canon's RAW image files, .dng's, .PSd's and on JPEGS. I have searched everywhere for an answer and have tried figuring out the setting with no luck, even going as far as uninstalling and reinstalling PS. I hope this is enough information for someone to be able to help, and at this point with all the searches I have done, I do not know if I am looking in the right area or not, and if this is actually a background/canvas setting. Any information anyone might be able to give me would be greatly appreciated.Thank's for the help!
