Vertical Bars and Recession Shading when Using Create PDF and Excel Add-In

Hello,

I'm hoping someone here might be able to help. I'm trying to print out a dashboard of sorts that I've created using Excel 2007 on a 32 bit Windows XP box. When I print the document to PDF, the quality of the resulting PDF is good but titles to some of the charts and the tops of some of the tables go missing. When I use the Create PDF button in the Excel, Adobe Add-In, I get long vertical bars that span the first couple of pages. These vertical bars align perfectly with some recession shading done in charts printed later on in the workbook. Any clues as to what might be causing this?

When using Create PDF button in Excel (I blacked out the chart titles):

Let me know if there's further information that I might provide to help.

Thank you
