How to take sound below 0dB and maintain quality

Hi Folks,

 

I applied the mastering (general enhancement-mild) to a sound, it did a great job.

Only thing is now file is -0.19 dB and speaker crashes small distortions.

 

Is there a tool or technic to bring it below 0 dB and maintain same quality?
