AIR for IOS not launching CS6 or CS5.5

I am trying to select Air for IOS and nothing happens. All other palettes seem to work correctly. I own CS 5.5 and have the same problem. I downloaded CS6 trial to see if this problem still exists and it does. Any ideas?    MAC OSX 10.6.8

    Hi ,

Can you check whether you have the latest AIR SDK installed. Ideally this will be present in the "<Flash Installed Directory>/AIR3.2"

To overlay the AIR SDK you can check this link : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/overlay-air-sdk-flash-profess ional1.html

It could be issues with an older AIR SDK and targetting a newer iOS.

Let me know if this solves the issue.

    Thanks and regards,

    Sudeshna Sarkar

    re-install flash cs6.

if that doesn't solve the problem, contact adobe support: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

i think tech support misunderstood the issue.  they may have thought you were describing an issue with an air app installed on an iOS device

you have an issue with adobe flash pro installed on a mac.  they still may not be able to help but they do offer support for flash pro cs6 on macs.

anyway, you should uninstall flash cs6, run the cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html), restart your computer and then reinstall flash cs6.
