Payment taken form account after customer website deleted

We deleted a customer website on May 2 because it was transferred to a new hosting company and we didn't require it any more.

 

However, on May 19th $130 was taken from our Credit card and the site is showing again in our Partner admin.

 

We submitted a support ticket 24 hours ago and haven't received a reply yet?

 

NOTE: When we deleted the site we received all the warning messages and completed the questionnaire about why we were closing the site.

 

Can someone explain this please!

    Hi Rob,

     

    Our accounts team should have since reached out to you via your case. 

     

    Apologies about the delays in our response as we are practically learning a new case system which was cause of this delay. 

     

    Rest assure we aim to respond within 24 hours or less to your case so this is not a normal occurence by any means.
