I recently updated my email and password (adobe ID) before that I had my domain (carldesmond.com) pointed to my temp url carldesmond.businesscatalyst.com - This was all well and good until I found out that changing my adobe id caused a lot of problems. I have still have Creative Cloud and am able to set up temp sites (after calling adobe), but it no longer gives me the five free websites with business catalyst. I have called and begged on the phone with adobe, but they pointed me here. My question: Who can assign my carldesmond site to my adobe id and give me back my four free sites?
I was seriously considering using business catalyst, but not too sure about after all this mix up. Anyone else having these issues? If so, did you get them fixed? How?

I also looked up your account and not sure why your additional sites are missing from your cloud subscription as this sites cannot be delete to being with....humm.

Sorry to make you have to do this but please log a ticket as "accounts related" as we'll need to investigate this further.

I live chatted with someone there yesterday and he/she says that they are taking the issue "up a level" to explore it further. At this time I still don't have my free hostings and the carldesmond.com site is still out of my control (does not appear under my adobe id). Any notification of the progress would be appreciated of course.

I checked the adobe support ticket.... I have a couple clients waiting in the wings and would certainly like to get them up on BC asap.... Until this is resolved I am hestant to move any clients to BC. Can you please advise on turn around time/solution if possible?
