Fixing Discolored Areas on Clothing

I have a photo with a man that's wearing a blue polo and there is an area on his right shoulder where some of the shirt is discolored. What would be the best way to fix this?

    Try content aware patch or even a basic clone.

    You'll need to put some thought into where you take your source pixels from in order to match the pattern.  Definitely doable though.
