Windows XP SP 2 & i have tried playing it in mozilla,chrome & internet explorer but still no sound.

Is it only Youtube that does not play audio; other sites with Flash videos have normal sound?

The first thing I would do if I encountered your situation was to upgrade your XP to SP3; that should fix a lot of things.
