trouble conecting to adobe.com from assisatnt

want to download a trial of after effects but it says the assistant cant conect to adobe.com

    Are you using a software firewall which might be preventing the Adobe Download Assistant from accessing the Internet?  Which operating system are you using?  Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
