Where can I find up-to-date documentation on building MXI and MXP files?

Now that Bridge support has been inexplicably pulled from Extension Manager in CS6, I need to find a way to install Bridge scripts. So I'm after current documentation on the MXI format. Can someone point me to it? THanks!

Hi Mike, This FAQ item has information: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/977023 The Extension Manager help topics are listed here: http://helpx.adobe.com/extension-manager/topics.html The MXI reference is listed there, but it appears to be rather dated and only refers to CS 5.5 support.
