The installer downloads but the window to install open,  but doesn't open (Maximize)  so I can click on the button to run it! Other windowa can be Pulled open farther with the cursor, but not this one.

This is a public forum; please do not post your email address and other private data (by sending the forum notification message back to the forum).

As for your problem; what is your operating system & version?

Can you post a screenshot of that installer window you are describing?  I do not quite understand what you mean.

Download it from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

I had the same problem downloading Adobe Acrobat on the trial version.

    1. The first problem was that it asked for my computer S/N and when I entered it, it said that was not a proper serial number.  But it was checked and it was my serial number so I went with the other option of subscription because I couldn't get around it any other way. This was not the major problem however.
    2. The main problem was that it did not complete the download.  It went to the very end of the installation process and then I got this error message:

Error 1935.  An error occurred during the installation of assembly components

                    (76C3F0F6-9890-35DA-81C6-CA8A88CC93C8} HRESULT: 0x0070422.

After that it uninstalled what it had installed so far and said to try again later,. I did this five tiems and the result was always the same. I tried disabling my pop-up blocker and it made no difference.

I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.

    How do I solve this?

This problem is different from the one that was been discussed in this thread. It affect Scrobat, and this is the Reader forum. The Acrobat one is here:
