Tetra4D 3D / Adobe 3D

Is, Does, Has, anyone have, had, issues with Tetra4D 3D and Adobe Acrobat, such as computer freezing or the monitor just going to sleep?

 

Any help on this subject would be appreciated.

    Is this something you've only seen since installing the Tetra4D plugins? Does it happen when you use them, or whenever Acrobat is open?

     

    If it's specific to tasks using Tetra4D's tools, you must contact them directly - these forums do not provide any support for third-party software.

    I'm trying to contact Tetra4D since more than 2 weeks (via direct mail, via posts on their site) and I'm not getting any reply... Does anyone know how to contact them?

    Sorry, but you must contact them via their website - Adobe won't pass on messages for you. A couple of Tetra4D people have visited these forums in the past but I can't predict if they will notice your message.
