add, del, modify data in backend with flash

Dear Friends,

 

I have to develop an application, i want to do add, del, modify in flahs with back end as sql. Pls advice me what are the correct and easiest way to do this. If any code is available in net pls refer me...

    there is no way you need it via a webservice

    Hi esdebon,

     

    Thks for ur reply. i can do it via webservice and generate a xml and display in my flash screen. for storing data in back end sql wt is the way?

    To store data, simply send data by post or get to the webservise and this in turn can send the data to a store procedure.

    I must admit that a direct connection to the database is in urgent need Flash to be a powerful tool

    hi esdebon,

     

    Greetings! thks for ur reply. when we do by post it will navigate to another aspx page and unload our flash screen. Actually iam doing an elearning application, while reading our flash screen, student has to pass their comments to the instructor, it will store in data base and continue reading same screen. if i use post it will navigate to another aspx screen this will last the student where they read. pls advice me...

    You need use URLLoader Class to charge the data internally
