Export to PNG size and filename issues

I'm exporting from an art board 140 px wide and 95 px high as PNG files..that's the output I'm creating from Illustrator.

 

The resulting images measure differently, say 141 px by 96 px!

 

Also, the name has an -03 at the end. I presume this is from the artboard I'm exporting from but how do I nix that being added and how do I ensure that my final exported product is the correct pixel dimensions?
