Newbie: Will Illustrator CS5 do this?

Hi.

 

I have an .eps an .ai file of the same flowchart. I need to convert it to an SVG file. In addition, the resulting SVG file needs to have some Javascript behaviors (click on this to spawn a tabbed navigation box) connected to items drawn in the SVG file. Will CS5 do this? Thanks in advance.
