Any alternative to Alt/Click for Clone stamp?

Is there any alternative to Clone Stamp tool's Alt-click? I am currently teaching an introductory photoshop course for disabled persons and one of my students has a condition that prohibits him from using the mouse and the keyboard at the same time. Is there perhaps some way to customize this command?

    I don't think you could do that from within photoshop unless a script would work.

     

    Depending on the operating system you might be able assign the middle mouse button for alt.

     

    For example on windows using an intellipoint driver for a microsoft mouse one can program the middle mouse button as the alt key.

    Not sure but in Windows perhaps the 'Sticky Keys' option in accessibility section of the control panel may be of some use to you. It can certainly be used for 3 finger keyboard commands eg, ctrl/alt/del etc. but can't try at the moment to see if it works in combination with the mouse. Hope this may help. Gerry
