Did you receive any errors during the installation process?  You can verify this by running the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to review your installation logs.

I am having the identical problem, identical apps won't load, identical error.

The only errors in the loganalyzer summary are that the non-English language packs were not found and so not installed.

Installed from the trial, which I downloaded today (9/1/2012).The apps didn't load as received in the trial, and continued to not load after they were updated.

Not having Premiere run is a major dispapointment.

Anyone figure out how to fix this issue?

Win7 Ultimate 64 bit is the OS, all update current.

So, replying to myself, here is what worked for me:

Find 64 bit versions of IESHIMS.DLL and MSVCR100.DLL, and copy them into each 64 bit app's folder that won't run. On Illustrator, they have to go into the \support files\contents\windows folder.

Why the software didn't take care of this when installing is beyond me.

I used a terrific free tool called Dependency Walker to figure it out.

    FYI
