There is one setting I am not sure about, could anybody please explain if I should leave the following checked or unchecked:
Do not finalize my PayPal transactions. I will log on to the PayPal site to complete them

You can leave this unchecked.
The reason for this option is sometimes clients want to approve all transactions prior to completing the order. Most often this is left unchecked however.

Thanks Sidney. I have left the box unchecked as you suggested. I have one more question, I have gone live with the payment gatesway and have tested out the buying process, all seems to be working fine except when somebody makes a purchase my customer is not getting the shipping address information. Should this be collected by BC or PayPal Standard, or does my check out form not work correctly? Could you possibly have a look at my site and see what you think? robertsfloats.co.uk
Thanks once again for your swift reply. I just had a look in the orders section of my clients website and you are correct that the shipping address does indeed show, yet my workflow is not including this information. Could it be that I have taken the Online Shop Purchase Form and have edited it quite a bit, then placed this form into the checkout template order_registration-GB, maybe I have created a problem whilst doing this? The reason for making these changes was that I wanted a more UK-type form and I also wanted the form to be very simple, but this might have caused the workflow problem?
