Ca't connect Using FOlio Builder

Hello:

 

I'm doing a training  in a company where the IT staff have several proxies enabled to access the Internet..  Now, I can login to the Folio Producer using a browser but when trying to login using the Folio Builder, I'm not able to do it..

 

Is there any port or IP Address I need to unblock in order to get access to the Folio Builder an populate it with my folios? The windows keeps saying me Failed to Log in. Please, Try again.

 

Need help about this..
