Choppy playback Chrome Flash Player gets better with mouse movements

This has been going on for a while, on various versions.

Basically, while in full screen, the video gets choppy, sometimes even with low def video.

Core2Duo @ 2.6, Win7 64 Ultimate, latest Chrome / Flash Player, nVidia 9800GTX+ 512 mb graphics board, hardware acceleration enabled. The interesting thing is that if I keep the mouse moving, the video gets better. Any ideas what is wrong?

Interesting that the mouse movement seems to keep things fluid. Do you notice any difference when hardware acceleration is disabled? Would you mind opening a bug report on this? You can find instructions and details on the information we'll need on this page:

No difference with hardware acceleration disabled. I will add a bug report. Thanks.
