gstreamer x264enc rtph264pay parameters for fmg

I am encoding a webcam stream (v4l2src) in gstramer with x264enc + rtph264pay and trying to pass this stream to the FMG but either the FMG can transcoded or the Flaspayer can played. This is the pipeline used once the sip session is establshed:

 

gst-launch v4l2src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! video/x-raw-yuv, width=640, height=480 ! queue ! x264enc profile=1 bframes=0 bitrate=500 ! rtph264pay ! udpsink host=10.10.10.10 port=10014
