Is Browserlab down? I always get error code: 500.

I just ran a quick test... I was able to log in and get screenshots for all browsers. Are you both still having issues?

Yes it's been doing this since last night for me. PST.
I was trying from inside our corp network and it was working fine. I just now tried from outside and sure enough, it's down. Sorry about that, we're working on it now.
There was a DNS and some backend issues. BrowserLab is back up and running, sorry for the trouble and thanks for the reports.

I just tried it from my home computer and it's working fine for me. We're investigating to see if we can find out what's going on.
