Do you have the content viewer installed?

What do you mean by you can't preview? - it doesn't open? you get an error? nothing happens?

are you trying to view on the desktop of the ipad?

no, I can not see a preview in my desktop PC, it loads the job but do not see the Content Viewer for preview.

I successfully installed the DPS before starting

Do you have adobe Air installed?

it is required to run the desktop content viewer as it is an AIR app

Its the same for me, nothing happens, air is installed. on 64bit windows 7, but Air is 32 bit windows, think this may have something to do with it????
