Change workspace color (not canvas)

I just upgraded to CS 6 from 3. I do not like that Illustrator is dark gray. Is there any way I can change the view of it or am I stuck?

    Don't have CS6, but imagine this is in the same area as C5.

     

    Edit >> Preferences >> User Interface
