Block Installation Popup

Hello,

 

Does anyone know any tricks in the primary browsers to block the install add-on popups completely?

 

This is for systems without flash, which keep asking to install the plugin when flash content exists on the webpage being viewed.

 

I am looking for actual ways of stopping the popup (installing flash does not count.)
