Premiere Pro CS6 - Speech Transcription

I have managed to use an astx file (Story Script) within Premiere Pro to analyze content however, for some reason its not picking up all the words even though they are in the embedded Adobe Story Script, see below last line of the written transcript (In Analysis Text), its missing 11 words from the adobe story script, does anybody know how to rectify this or what may be the problem?
