Enterprise Android Viewer

I created the Enterprise Android Viewer with Viewer Builder v2.0.3.

 

But "Create an Account" link doesn't work. 

It linked as below url even if I set my url.

https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm

 

"Forget Password" link works well.

 

Please check above trouble, and let me knowe how to fix it.
