To help keep folks informed of the state of the v21 Adobe Content Viewer submission to various app stores I thought I'd keep one post updated with the details.

Before y'all get crazy excited, keep in mind that we have strict windows where we can deploy the server components and there's no guarantee that will line up with when the viewers are approved. This time around the stars may align, but that won't always be the case.
There's good news though: starting in v20 we have support for something we call "save back". This means that even if you update all you tools you can still save your folios in older formats that don't require you to update the viewer. Save back supports v20 and v21.

Refresh maybe? It's there when I view the forum. Here's the contents:
"The next release of Digital Publishing Suite, currently scheduled for June 19th, requires a mandatory update of the folio builder panel. After deployment of the release on the server side, users will be presented with a message in Folio Builder panel indicating that the panel requires an update in order to function. Users will be directed to the download page to install the latest build of the Folio Builder. Links to the panel will be available at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/.
Note: Users are not required to update their Folio Producer Tools with this release, just the Folio Builder Panel. The panel is backward compatible with older versions of the production tools.
CS6 users will download and run a single installer that updates InDesign with the latest Folio Buidler panel and folio producer tools. A new feature coming in this release allows users to create an older folio version (back to release 20) with the latest tools. CS6 users will continuously update their tools and use this functionality to create folios for older viewers."
