Need help- error message 103

Hi There,

 

I am getting error message 103- can't locate file- when downloading adobe cs6 trial from the site. I have tried to download 3 days in a row and it's very frustrating. Please help me out here. I want to try it and will look to buy it afterwards....I am photographer and have lots of post productiont to complete for a client....Thanks
