New applications show to already be installed

I'm in Adobe Application Manager for the first time, ready to install applications for Adobe's Creative Suite.

Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Illustrator and InDesign, however, are all listed as "installed." Because "installed" is grayed out, I can't do anything about it.

How do I reset the Application Manager to let me make the installations?

NOTE:  I ran a trial on the four applications in question, but I did a clean uninstall when the trial period was over.

Help

Thanks

I think they haven't been uninstalled properly.

Run the cleaner tool and then check in the AAM.

the link for cleaner tool ;- www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    Guten Tag,

nachdem dreamweaver programm eröffnet worden ist, erscheint auf dem Bildschirm Fehler.

Ich möchte mit dem Pearl bearbeiten.

    Was muss ich machen?

    Mit freundlichem Gruß
