LevelUp Installing Problem

Hello,

 

I have my Adobe Extension Manager open and everytime I try to install LevelUp it tells me I don't have the appropriate permissions even though I am using the Admin account on the computer. Is there anything I can do?

    It's possible that you're running an older version of Extension Manager CS5 on Windows. The CS5 version does not ask for privilege escalation in Windows.

     

    Please try this:

     

    1. Right-click on the Extension Manager program.

    2. Select "Run as Administrator".

     

    This should clear the permissions issue.
