I have installed Acrobat Pro X on a Windows 7 64 bit system. I print to a Xerox Phaser 8560DT printer with Postscript. Printing from any application other than Acrobat Pro X works fine. However, when I try to print a standard 8 1/2 x 11 inch document from Acrobat Pro X, it prints 1/2 size. I've checked all printer settings in Acrobat Pro X. The Paper Size & Handling button is selected, and there is NOT any selection on the Multiple button. The print preview looks correct, whosing that this will print full size on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. The document is within the boundaries of my printer for 8 1/2 x 11. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Pro X and that did not help.
I repeat that all other applications print correctly to the Xerox Phaser 8560 printer. This problem is only with Acrobat Pro X. It did not exist with my previous version of Acrobat (9).
Please help me fix this so I can get use out of Acrobat, as almost everything I print is USA letter sized (8 1/2 x 11).
