Last year I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Student and Teacher Edition. I received an email from Adobe that said I was eligable for a complimentary upgrade to CS 5.5, but it never arrived. I filled out the form to request. Is there a way I can solve this problem?
Thank you for your help!
Not likely I'm afraid. I'm going to guess that the email required some action on your part and that you only had a limited time to take that action.
If not, you'd need to contact Adobe directly but with CS6 shipping now your chances of getting CS5.5 are pretty much nil.
I had filled out the request form shortly after receiving it. Perhaps it didn't go through?
I spoke with an adobe employee but they didn't understand my question (thought I was trying to upgrade from 5.5 to 6). I'll contact them again about it.
Is there any big difference in the creative suite between 5 and 5.5?
