RDS Login Issue CF9/ DW CS5

Hello,

We upgraded from CF MX7 to 9 and DW CS5. I can't get RDS Login to work. I get the "Server name or address could not be resolved" error in DW CS5. So far I've tried the following:

I've changed the testing server Web URL from {mysite} to the public IP, to the private IP of the server (Win 2008 / IIS7).

In CF Admin / Security / RDS / Use a single password only (default) is selected.

When I go to http://{mysite}/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm I can log in.

In cf_root\wwwroot\WEB-INF I made sure that RDSServlet wasn't commented out.

When I go to http://<mysite>/CFIDE/componentutils/packagelist.cfm I can sign into RDS.

I've been working on this for 5 hours and finally decide to ask for HELP!
