Installing Lightroom 4.1 update

I receive the following error when attempting to install the update.

Error 1935 – An Error occurred during the installation of assembly component {6435B7CO-EOC8-3EA2-91AE-7640034-EAFCE}, HResult : 0x80070005

Tried unstalling Lightroom and reinstalling. Same Error.

Windows 7 64 bit, Intel I7 with 8 GB of Ram
