iMac CS6 Crash

We have just upgraded our CS5.5 Production Premium Suite to 6. Almost all of the apps crash immediately upon launching, including AI, AE and PP. PS opens OK.

 

We are running 10.6.8

 

iMac specs:

 

  Model Identifier:          iMac10,1

  Processor Name:          Intel Core 2 Duo

  Processor Speed:          3.06 GHz

  Number Of Processors:          1

  Total Number Of Cores:          2

  L2 Cache:          3 MB

  Memory:          4 GB

 

  Chipset Model:          ATI Radeon HD 4670

  Type:          GPU

  Bus:          PCIe

  PCIe Lane Width:          x16

  VRAM (Total):          256 MB

 

64 bit kernel and extensions enabled.

 

Spent 40 minutes online with Adobe tech support before the line went dead and they never called back.

 

We uninstalled CS6 and created a new user. Installed CS6 in the new user and same thing happenend.

 

All other apps from CS5.5 work fine as well as all Final Cut Studio apps.

 

Any thoughts?
