Printing borders on dynamic text fields

Hi there.

Just want to know if there is a way you can make the printjob method/function print dynamic text fields with borders.

When i send my flash project to print - i don't get textfield borders or background colour when I print.

It's kinda annoying. Is there any simple fix for this?

the border is an issue because it doesn't count towards the width and height. so, just add an appropriately sized transparent sprite behind your textfield.

the background should print. there's no need for a work-around.

Thanks Kglad, but it didn't work for me. I created the textfields using the Flash GUI, did not dynamically create them and I used input text as Classic text not TLF text.

Maybe that changes a few things....

how do you assign a background color to a textfield without using actionscript?

LOL, it appears i didn't.
Silly me - I was using the default options given when text field is created. It has NO background colour.
Just appears as if it has white bg in flash, but not when printed.

Also on the side, noticed movie clip FX don't come through when printed (i.e. drop shadow). There is no option to work around this is there?
