CS6, GeForce GTX 550 Ti, crashing very often

I am new to Premiere Pro (FCP refugee).  I m using Mac and everything is up to date.  PP is crahing verry often, main window vanishes and bins stay on screen.  I have for force exit.

 

Any advice,

    Yes, sorry about that.  Here is some more info but may have to wait untill I can have another proper session with PP to get everything.

     

    • Premiere Pro 6.0.1, all current updates installed. 
    • Mac OS X 10.7.4, 8GB memory.
    • Canon AVCHD Fottage
    • Also running FCP 7.0.3 and rest of Adobe Production Premium CS6.
    • I think it said 'Fatal error', will update post when I can confirm (had to go back to FCP to finish project but will try again when I get some time0.
    • I have a Blackmagic Intensity Pro Installed.

    Have you checked to see if your Blackmagic has an update for CS6?

     

    Ditto for graphic adapter driver, be it ATI or nVidia
