How to Learn Flex?

Hello All,

I am an engineer, and I have never worked with Flex.
My mission is to learn and be able to work with Flex and my time is limited.
I would be grateful if you could find time to suggest me what is the most efficient way to acheive this goal.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer, that is exactly what I am doing right now .

Another question:

I want to work with a plugin to Eclipse, I have downloaded and installed it from here:
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/search/index.cfm?term=Eclipse+plugin&loc= en_us&siteSection=products%3Aflex.html
But when I am trying to create a new Flex project, I don't see the possibilities that are shown in the video.
File -> New -> Flex Project (I don't see the "Flex Project" name).

Did you choose to work with the plugin?
Any Ideas?
