No Action List Found

Jul 3, 2012 4:16 PM

I am trying to download Adobe and no matter what I do it says "no action list found". I have uninstalled the Adobe that I had and thought that might solve the problem. I have tried at least 12 times, I have followed as many of the suggestions as possible and still no luck. Please someone must have the answer.

What is your operating system, version & edition?

    What is your web browser?

What Adobe program are you trying to download?

Download and run the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Have done what you suggested but still get the same result.

That is not possible; if you used the download link that I provided in my earlier post you cannot get that message.

And is it working; can you successfully open PDF files?

If not, try uninstalling it using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Then install it again with the installer from my earlier link.
