How to upgrade PS CS5 subscription to CS6

I have a yearly subscription to Photoshop CS5 and want to upgrade to CS6. What steps do I take?

I have my original purchase # and serial # that was sent to me in an email.

 

Update: I also tried to download a trial of CS6 thinking I could just use my original serial #. But when I got to the download page, selected CS6 and clicked the download button, the product being downloaded was actually CS5.1

Please help. I'm feeling a little cheated now that I see the yearly subscription is only $19.99 and I signed up at $35 per month.
