I previously installed a trial version of photoshop on my laptop, it took up too much space so I removed it. I now want to download it to an external hard drive, but the installer detects the previously installed trial version and wants to install to the same location...gggrrr How do I fix this?

You can try running the CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation -problems.html. Although it is likely your trial has expired already if it has been over 30 days since you first installed.

I first installed it less then a week ago. So I'll try the cleaner tool. Thanks.
