Issue cerating JDBC OSGi bundle

Hello,

I am trying to create OSGi bundle of JDBC jar, I am following instruction from below url

But when I am executing below command through dos this command removes all jdbc classes from jar and only ading .mf file

jar -cfm mysql-connector-java-5.1.12-bin.jar mysql-jdbc.mf

This command is creating only 1KB file of given jar

Please tell me what is the issue in this process.
