FrameMaker in ePDM system

Can FM8 be created and/or stored in an ePDM system? The Engineering group I work with is implementing an ePDM for document storage and want to include our FM documents. I am concerned the storage in ePDM may conflict with the linking in FrameMaker. Has anyone tried this?

    If ePDM is just an storage area,yes you can go ahead and store the files there and it would not mess up any linking.
