Easy way to convert GFX for PP's linear color?

We've got dozens of rendered overlays and lowerthirds that look terrible in Premiere Pro when you turn on Maximum Render Quality or when you use CUDA. They seem to run afoul of Premiere's linear color bug feature.

Does anyone know of a way to translate all of these from a standard to a linear color space?

I'd like to know that if we need Max Render Quality on a sequence we can use it, and I'd also like to know that the graphics I'm creating in AE today will still be usable for my co-editors if Premiere goes completely linear in the future.

If anyone knows of a way to convert these (either via a PP effect or by converting the files using an AE effect), let me know!
