install program

When I enter the paid product serial number I get a wrong number entered message. The Adobe Acrobat 9 was on an old computer. I wish to load it on this computer.

Can you help please.

    Hi,

     

    Are you using the same installer for acrobat? Does it give you a red x when you enter the serial number or does it give a different message?
